KU Students Receive Fulbright Grants

Jun. 18–Six Kansas University students have received Fulbright grants for study and research abroad in the 2006-07 academic year.

One student also received a German government grant to study in that country.

The recipients are:

–Michael Andrew Britt, Crystal City, Mo., for study in Poland.

–Clarisa April Diaz, Lawrence, for study in Chile.

–Laura B. Good, Lawrence, for study in Spain.

–Christopher John Hare, Topeka, for study in Germany.

–Emily Christine Howard, Dodge City, for study in New Zealand.

–Anne Elizabeth Kraemer, Cincinnati, for study in Guatemala.

–Jessica Ellen Plummer, Wichita, a German Academic Exchange Service grant for study in Germany.
