MKTG Education Services Appoints Two Sales Managers to Senior Positions

WILMINGTON, Mass., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- MKTG Education Services today announced the promotion of two veteran account managers to senior positions in its sales organization. Michael Sweeney, a list broker, was named director of sales for the broker/reseller market. Courtney Barrett, a list manager, was promoted to account executive in the company's education division.
In his new role, Mr. Sweeney will lead a Boston-based team that works with brokers and resellers who market the company's college, K-12 and library mailing lists, along with its Edu-Buyers and Infobuyers files. He has worked at MKTG since 2000, and in the direct marketing industry for 19 years.
Ms. Barrett will work with MKTG's education clients, helping them reach customers in the K-12 and higher education markets with mailings and email campaigns. Prior to joining MKTG in 2004, she was a client representative for a direct marketing company in New Jersey.
