CHICAGO, March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert Morris College announced today that its Graduate School will be named the Morris Graduate School of Management. "We want our graduate school to establish its own identity, yet indicate a connection to Robert Morris College," said Michael P. Viollt, president.
Morris Graduate School of Management offers a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Information Systems degree. The graduate school began in 2005 as a direct response to the needs of bachelor's degree graduates in the Chicagoland area, with a desire to earn a graduate degree from a national leader in applied education.
"The response to our graduate school has been very encouraging," Mr. Viollt continued. "Enrollment has expanded dramatically and our enrollment is coming from undergraduate programs across Illinois and neighboring states."
"Robert Morris College has a history of working to fulfill the higher education needs of our communities," Mr. Viollt continued. "Individuals are discovering that a graduate level degree can open more doors to a successful future, and RMC is offering quality, not-for-profit, graduate level programs with reasonable costs and flexible schedules."
Students give high marks to the faculty. "The faculty bring real life experiences into the classroom. They are always encouraging us and challenging us to do more than we ever thought possible," says Dipak Patel, an MIS student.
Students can complete the program in as little as 18 months, taking two courses per quarter. They have the option of attending school full time or part time, day, evening and/or weekend. With RMC's rolling enrollment, students can begin the program in February, July, September or December.
Applied, career-focused education has been the hallmark of the Robert Morris College learning experience at the undergraduate level. RMC brings that same standard to the Morris Graduate School of Management, preparing students for promising careers with the ability to contribute and develop as successful leaders in their fields.
Classes in the Morris Graduate School of Management are held at the downtown Chicago campus at 401 S. State Street, the DuPage campus in Aurora and at the Orland Park campus.
