Dianne Batistoni has been named a senior manager in the insurance industry services group at Amper, Politziner & Mattia in Edison. She is involved in the external audit engagements for a number of property and casualty insurance companies and provides audits for defined-benefit and define-contribution pension plans, including work with troubled plans. Batistoni also performs insurance consulting and insurance tax services. She has more than 20 years of public accounting experience with both an international and regional accounting and consulting firm, where she specialized in the insurance industry. She is a graduate of Pace University.
Peter R. Bible has been named officer in charge of Amper, Politziner & Mattia’s New York office. Before joining the firm, he served as chief accounting officer for General Motors Corp. At GM, he held worldwide responsibility for accounting, financial reporting and fore casting, SEC reporting, financial controls and systems development. Earlier in his career, he served as audit partner for Deloitte and Touche’s New York office. Bible holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Otterbein College.
Patrick Boyle has been named a senior manager in the audit and accounting department at Amper, Politziner & Mattia in Edison. He represents clients in the manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, technology, real estate, construction and professional services industries. Boyle also assists publicly held clients with all aspects of SEC reporting, compliance and filings, Sarbanes- Oxley compliance and reporting. Before joining Amper, he was a senior manager/audit at Ernst & Young LLR where he specialized in serving public companies, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 25 firms. Boyle earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from LaSalle University.
Kimberly Brandley has been named a partner at J.H. Cohn LLP in Lawrenceville. She provides audit, accounting and consulting services to privately held middle-market companies in the technology, distribution, manufacturing, retail and professional services industries. Brandley also manages client relationships in the firm’s nonprofit area of specialization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey.
Kelly Frank has been named a principal at J.H. Cohn LLP in Roseland. She is co-director of the firm’s nonprofit group and has more than 12 years of diversified public accounting experience with an extensive background in providing audit, accounting and tax services for nonprofit clients. Her accounting expertise also covers the construction industry. Frank earned her bachelor’s degree from Montclair State College.
Kelly A. O’Callaghan has been named a partner at J.H. Cohn LLP in Roseland. She possesses more than 10 years of accounting, audit and tax advisory services in the distribution, hospitality, nonprofit, construction and real estate industries. O’Callaghan earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University.
Louis J. Perry has been named a senior member of the tax- consulting team at The Gelber Organization in Edison. He has more than 30 years of corporate tax experience. For 20 years, he worked in the Atlantic City casino industry, serving as executive director of operational accounting at The Claridge Casino Hotel, director of finance/comptroller with The Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority, tax specialist with Resorts and as a consultant with Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien & Frankel LLP, a law firm with clients in the casino industry. Perry has also held similar positions at Aramark, Penn Central and Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.
William D. Pidgeon has been named a partner at J.H. Cohn LLP in Roseland. He provides accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to hedge funds, including off-shore entities, broker dealers and registered investment advisers. Pidgeon is responsible for auditingyear-end financial statements and net capital requirements, assessing internal control procedures and determining the most advantageous tax structures for the firm’s clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King’s College.

Mark Fraser has joined Brushfire Inc. in Cedar Knolls as vice president/account supervisor on the Minwax account. He comes to the agency from Ritta and Assodates, where he was responsible for developing and implementing integrated campaigns for Hunter Douglas, BMW, Rider Insurance and Allied Office Products. Fraser graduated from Muhlenberg College.
Kathy Partis has been promoted to vice president/broadcast production at Brushfire Inc. in Cedar Knolls. She is responsible for all areas of broadcast production, including quality. Partis will oversee creative concepts including casting, costumes and schedules, and will play an integral role in generating television spots for the New Jersey Lottery, New Jersey Tourism, Minwax, Thompsons and the Division of Youth and Family Services. Before joining Brushfire, she was senior producer for Jersey Central Power and Light. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of St. Elizabeth.
Banking
Victor Amoruso has been named vice president/director of business development at Pascack Community Bank in Westwood. He will be responsible for the development of newbusiness and the expansion of existing business. Before joining the bank, Amoruso worked at Interchange Bank as vice president, business development officer. Previously, he served as vice president, director of business development at NorCrown Bank. He holds an M.B.A. from Dowling College.
Keith C. Dolin has been named head of U.S. Trust’s New Jersey region. He will oversee the management, growth and overall client services from the corporation’s regional headquarters in Princeton. Dolin, who joined U.S. Trust as a vice president in 1992, most recently served as managing director of the corporation’s multifamily office group in New York. In that role, he was responsible for managing relationships with more than 40 families with a total of $7 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, Dolin worked for eight years at Chemical Bank, advancing from a nonofficer to vice president for estate and trust administration. He holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Hartford and a bachelor’s degree in management from Susquehanna University.
John E. McWeeney Jr. has been appointed president and CEO of NJBankers, the trade association representing New Jersey banks. McWeeney, who is Bank of America’s market president of southern New Jersey, will retire from that position when he assumes his new duties in April. He joined Fleet Boston Financial in 1979-now BofA- as a management trainee. McWeeney has served on the NJBankers Board of Trustees since April 2005. He has 28 years of management experience in middle market, small business, consumer banking and government banking. He holds an M.B.A. from Boston College in Chestnut Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Mass.
William Smith has been promoted to assistant vice president of the internal audit department at Spencer Savings Bank in Elmwood Park. In his new position, he will be responsible for developing and implementing new audit programs. Smith joined the bank as a senior auditor in July 2001. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Centenary College.
Kevin Taub has been promoted to vice president/lending officer of the commercial real estate department at Spencer Savings Bank in Elmwood Park. In his new role, he will focus solely on expanding commercial real estate relationships through new business development. Taub joined the bank in July 2002, serving in a variety of capacities in the commercial real estate department, including credit analysis, underwriting and newbusiness development.
John Vicchio has been named assistant vice president/business banking officer at Lakeland Bankcorp Inc. in Oak Ridge. He is responsible for marketing commercial lending products and services for the bank and will work closely with the retail lending teams in Bergen County. Before joining Lakeland, Vicchio served as a business development officer with PNC Bank. He attended William Paterson University.

Bob Lantelme has been promoted to director of business development for the Somerset County Business Partnership in Bridgewater. He has served as member relations manager since June 2005. In his new role, he will continue to be responsible for membership and investment acquisition, focusing on businesses with 25 or more employees. He will also be responsible for staffing the Small Business Chamber of the partnership. Lantelme has nearly 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales, account management, marketing and organizational leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in urban studies and community development planning from Rutgers University.
Education
Jovita Solomon-Duarte has been appointed diversity coordinator for the School of Nursing at Thomas Edison State College in Trenton. She will manage the $600,000 federal grant awarded to the School of Nursing by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Her responsibilities include recruitment and selection of program participants, preparation and coordination of the annual distinguished lectureship and development of an online minority nurse educator directory/database. Solomon-Duarteis a nurse with 16 years of experience that includes nursing management, staff development and education. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pangasinan, Philippines, and a master’s degree in nursing, with a pediatric nurse practitioner focus from Seton Hall University.
Raymond A. Yannuzzi has been named president of Camden County College. He has served as the college’s acting president for the past year. Issues he will focus on include working with state organizations and area four-year institutions to increase bachelor’s degree options at the college and the engagement of a greater segment of the population within Camden. Yannuzzi joined the college in 2000 as vice president for academic affairs. He has more than 30 years of experience in higher education, beginning his career teaching English at Baltimore City Community College in Maryland. He holds a doctorate from Catholic University of America, a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree from St. Peter’s College. Yannuzzi also studied at Oxford University in England.
Engineering
Richard J. Clemson has been promoted to manager of the civil/ site/landscape architecture division at Pennoni Associates Inc. in Vineland. He joined the company in September when the staff of GS Winters & Associates merged with Pennoni. He most recently served as senior engineer in Pennoni’s Atco office. Clemson has nearly 20 years of industry experience and is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In his new role, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division. He specializes in the design of residential, commercial and industrial land development projects, as well as in-site design and storm- water management. Clemson holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Facilities Management
Frank Cooney has been named president and CEO of EMCOR Services NY/NJ as a result of the merging of EMCOR’S two companies: EMCOR Services Gotham Air Conditioning in Astoria, N.Y., and EMCOR Services Trimtech in Pompton Plains. Before the merger, he served as president and CEO of EMCOR Services Gotham Air Conditioning. Cooney will be based at the combined company’s headquarters in Astoria. In his new position, Cooney is responsible for establishing the firm’s strategic direction as well as the realization of its tactical implementation plans. He brings more than 20 years of experience in mechanical contracting and facilities management to the new business entity.
Health Care
Jay Hedden has been named director of regulatory affairs at The Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) in Lawrenceville. He has an extensive background in government, most recently serving as senior policy analyst, government affairs, for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), where he represented the institution on health care issues. Hedden earned his law degree from Selon Hall School of Law. He also has a master’s degree in political economy from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University.
Eileen Kean has been named director of legislative affairs at The Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) in Lawrenceville. She brings more than 20 years of government affairs experience to her new position. Before joining MSNJ, Kean served as the director of federal government affairs for the Apollo Group Inc., University of Phoenix, where she drafted legislation pertaining to higher education and worked with bipartisan congressional members. She holds a law degree from Seton Hall School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history and education from Rulgers College.
Law
Stephen J. Long has been named vice president, general counsel and secretary at C.R. Bard Inc. in Murray Hill. He joined Bard in 2000 as associate general counsel. Since March 2005, Long has served as staff vice president and associate general counsel. Before joining the company, he held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility in corporate law with Warner-Lambert Co. He began his career as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Long received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany and earned his bachelor’s degree from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
Victor P. Wasilauskas III has joined Cooper Levenson Attorneys at Law in Atlantic City. He will focus his practice in the litigation group, primarily serving client companies in the casino industry. A large portion of his work will be in the areas of negligence defense, premises liability and personal injury claims. Wasilauskas is a graduale of Liberty University and Regent University School of Law.
