PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- America's students are struggling with grammar and writing as never before. The new writing/grammar section of the SAT will be either a barrier or a gateway for students.

In May 2004, Philip R. Sims, a Niagara Falls music teacher, admitted a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old student, a relationship that prosecutors said extended over three years. He was sentenced to 10 years' probation, including six months in jail.
