By Carli Teproff, The Miami Herald Nov. 5--Tucked in the corner of Promenade Shops in Aventura is Miami Dade College's new outreach center. Afternoons, the 3,000-square-foot space serves as the home to the Institute For Mathematics and Computer Science Center, a tutorial program.
