A prominent group of researchers, policymakers and education leaders issued a bold set of recommendations to improving California's high school graduation rate.
SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tutorpedia, one of the region's fastest growing tutoring companies, announced today it has signed contracts with two Bay Area school districts to provide tutoring services to nearly 50 low-income middle school students.
Thirty-eight students in kindergarten through grade 12 from 10 Lancaster County schools were announced Saturday as winners of the 2007-08 AMVETS and AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Annual Americanism Program at AMVETS Post 19 in Lancaster.
