Universities around the country are struggling with shrinking budgets, even as they need to cater to the needs of an increasing number of students.
A research team made up of various Andalusian universities and coordinated by the University of Huelva (UHU) has concluded that the main barrier that these professionals encounter when accessing management roles is the lack of policies for reconciling work and family life.
