Kiefer Sutherland Arrested on DUI in LA

LOS ANGELES – Kiefer Sutherland was arrested early Tuesday on misdemeanor drunk driving charges after failing a field sobriety test, a police spokeswoman said.
The actor was pulled over at around 1:10 a.m. in western Los Angeles, where he tested over the state’s legal blood alcohol limit of .08 percent, Officer Karen Smith said.
Sutherland was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence and taken to a Hollywood station, she said. Smith didn’t know if he remained in custody.
