Red Ventures Ranks No. 1 on Charlotte’s Best Places to Work List
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Red Ventures has once again been named Charlotte’s Best Place to Work. The technology company, which has taken the top spot on the Charlotte Business Journal list for two consecutive years, was recognized for its unique culture, comprehensive employee benefits and high level of employee engagement. This is the fourth consecutive year Red Ventures has ranked in the top 10 and the third year it has ranked in the top five on the Best Places to Work list.
“We’re inspired by the idea that we can build a different kind of company – a place where we value flexibility over process, talent over tenure, and where employees can drive their own career path,” said Red Ventures CEO Ric Elias. “We’re humbled by this award. It’s the best kind of recognition because it comes straight from our employees and it’s their opinion that matters most.”
Red Ventures has repeatedly been recognized for its energetic work environment, company culture and flat organizational structure. This year, the company expanded its campus with the addition of its 90,000 square foot headquarters. Employees enjoy onsite amenities including a regulation-sized indoor basketball court, running track, putting green, fitness center and locker rooms. They also enjoy the perks of subsidized meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Ilios Cafe @RV – a full-service, gourmet dining establishment. Additionally, the company offers comprehensive medical benefits, 401k and other perks.
