The Gab Group Retained to Launch ‘Burger Bar by Chef Allen,’ a Gourmet Burger Bar Opening November 16 in Palm Beach Gardens

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Award-winning public relations agency The Gab Group has been retained to launch Burger Bar by Chef Allen, a gourmet burger and gastropub concept opening November 16( )at Donald Ross Village in Palm Beach Gardens. Burger Bar marks the first collaboration between celebrity Chef Allen Susser, real estate kingpin Tom Prakas, and renowned developers George and Lee Heaton. The fashionable dining concept will also debut the ‘Gold Leaf Burger,’ a gourmet burger topped with 23 carats of edible gold.

The wide consumer appeal of Burger Bar, which has an existing location at Terminal 4 of the Fort Lauderdale Airport, results from Susser’s hand-shaped signature burgers, specially blended with short rib, brisket and chuck steak. Popular burgers include the Beach Burger with Applewood Bacon and Swiss, the Cheese Burger Classic, Crunchy Turkey Burger with Potato Stix and Chef Allen’s Mango Ketchup, the Spicy Tuna Burger, and Blue Sky Buffalo Burger.

The new location will feature a full indoor-outdoor bar with adult milkshakes as well as an expanded menu of Susser’s signature gastropub fare, including salads and sides like Crisp Hand-Cut French Fries, Pecan-Griddled Broccoli and a Vidalia Onion Tower with “secret sauce.” The Palm Beach Gardens location will serve as the prototype for future concepts, including an oceanfront location in the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa scheduled to open March 2012.
