Adweek and Campaign Magazines Name BBDO Worldwide 2011 Global Agency Network of the Year
NEW YORK, Dec. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — BBDO Worldwide was, this week, named Global Advertising Agency Network of the Year by Adweek and Campaign magazines, two of the industry’s leading publications and the only ones that present Global Network of the Year awards.
In naming BBDO, both magazines cited BBDO’s “stunning” new business success, which included winning every global pitch it was in, the deepening of its relationships with key clients, and its outstanding performance across a wide range of industry award shows. BBDO Worldwide was Network of the Year for the fifth year in a row at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and was named the Most Effective Agency Network in the world by Effie Worldwide in its inaugural Effie Effectiveness Index.
This is the fourth time in the past seven years that Campaign has bestowed Advertising Network of the Year honors on BBDO and the second time in the past five years that Adweek has named BBDO its Global Agency of the Year.
