Outdoor Channel Broadens Distribution on Xfinity TV in Maryland and Virginia
TEMECULA, Calif., Jan. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Outdoor Channel, America’s leader In Outdoor TV, today announced that the network has launched on XFINITY TV in additional Comcast systems in Maryland and Virginia, making it available to even more customers in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. metro areas. Comcast digital Xfinity TV customers in the Elkton area and Harford and Howard Counties in Maryland, as well as in Alexandria, Arlington, Manassas and Prince William County in Virginia, now have access to Outdoor Channel’s premiere slate of outdoor programming as part of Comcast’s Digital Preferred or Sports & Entertainment Xfinity TV packages on channel 728. Outdoor Channel is also now available in high-definition (HD) to many customers throughout the area on Xfinity TV channel 864.
