Delray Beach’s Garlic Fest Joins RealTime Marketing Group

February 6, 2012

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — RealTime Marketing Group is proud to announce the addition of Delray Beach’s Annual Garlic Fest to their list of outstanding clientele in the South Florida area. Garlic Fest, the premier food and entertainment event in South Florida, has been called “The Best Stinkin’ Party in Town” for the past thirteen years, and with good reason!

Garlic Fest was founded by a group of locals hoping to raise funds for non-profit organizations catering to education and the arts for youth. So far, over $350,000 has been donated and each year this number continues to grow.

In an attempt to reach more of the local community, Garlic Fest hired RealTime Marketing Group to develop a customized plan intended to spread the word about their annual charitable event through use of social media. RealTime Marketing Group is a boutique digital media agency that focuses on leveraging social media to amplify businesses’ current marketing and increase revenue. RealTime’s CEO, Terra Spero, is backed by a team of social media strategists and developers who together manage a social reach exceeding 15 million users on a monthly basis.

Before joining RealTime, Garlic Fest had a total of 578 fans on Facebook. This number has grown to an incredible 3,175 local fans (at the time that this release was written) in a matter of only 4 weeks. Additionally, the page boasts an average weekly reach of nearly 150,000 unique and local users.
