China Digital TV to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Financial Results on February 29, 2012

(NYSE: STV) (“China Digital TV” or “the Company”), the leading provider of conditional access (“CA”) systems to China’s expanding digital television market, today announced it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, after the U.S. market closes on Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
