DaVinci Marketing Technologies Signs Acquisition Agreement with Compact Information Systems
FORT MYERS, Fla., March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — DaVinci Marketing Technologies, a direct marketing technology service provider, signed an acquisition agreement today with Compact Information Systems. DaVinci will now become part of the AccuData Integrated Marketing operating division, a wholly owned subsidiary of Compact.

The market leading DaVinci email validation platform will become another piece of AccuData’s current product and service offering. “We currently don’t offer email validation today,” said Lancaster, “but our customers have been asking for help in cleaning their email data. With this new service we should be able to clean email lists to within 95% deliverability, which is huge for our customers.”
AccuData will take over the ongoing operational responsibilities of DaVinci. For an interim period, DaVinci will continue to directly support its customers until AccuData can integrate them in to their operation.
Following the transaction, DaVinci will become part of the AccuData operating division. Joe Willingham, the current CEO of DaVinci, will begin reporting to Rich Lancaster, CEO of AccuData. It is anticipated that Mr. Willingham will become a senior member of the AccuData sales and marketing team after a successful integration has occurred.
