In attendance from the AudioVroom team will be CEO and co-founder Sanem Alkan and the company’s technical co-founder Adam Lindsay, a world-class music analytics and data science expert whose humanizing influence on computerized recommendations and algorithmic formulations puts the “social” and “genius” in AudioVroom.
AudioVroom is an extraordinary take on social discovery. It tailors music channels to each user based on preferences captured on any music service, social network and device. The user’s dashboard includes trending artists and songs; and features the user’s friends – each as their own unique music channel that can be launched with a single click. The more someone uses AudioVroom, the more tailored that channel becomes.
Despite 250+ new music tools over the past decade from Pandora to Spotify, music fans have not found a reliable solution that learns from their taste, curating a custom experience, which is why radio and friends continue to top the list of ways we discover music. The AudioVroom application is the first such music web-app globally that combines a radio-style experience with social networking. Since October 2011, it also is the first and only such service on Facebook’s new mobile web app platform, capturing music likes of Facebook users.
