Ruth’s Chris Steak House Partners with Penfolds for Exclusive U.S. Release of Penfolds Grange Shiraz on May 1

Guests will have the opportunity to be among the first in the nation to enjoy the wine by participating in a five-course wine dinner being served at 59 locations across the United States on May 1.

In support of the Penfolds Dinners, Penfolds Ambassadors will host dinners at Ruth’s Chris Restaurants nationally. Wine dinner pricing varies by market with an average price of $165 per person. The featured menu follows:
1st Course: Chilled Shellfish Salad – Tiger shrimp and colossal lump crab meat over crisp spring greens tossed with English cucumber, red bell pepper and white balsamic vinaigrette.

2nd Course: Spring Leek & Asparagus Soup – smooth and velvety, garnished with nutmeg spiked creme fraiche and a drizzle of basil infused extra virgin olive oil.
