Nader Holds Control the Corporation Conference
WASHINGTON, March 30, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The Center for Study of Responsive Law and Ralph Nader are hosting a conference entitled “Control the Corporation” on Monday, April 2 from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is open to the public but those who would like to attend must first RSVP via the Center’s website.
The conference features 30 prominent speakers on a variety of issues dealing with corporate accountability. The range of topics are: countering the impact of corporate control of the electoral process, holding corporations accountable for their crimes, protecting the “commons” from privatization, Occupying the future, creating economic models that provide jobs, increasing minimum wage, and mobilizing for action.
