Outcast to Display Flixster Movie Scores for On-the-Go Viewers

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Outcast, the largest and fastest growing television network at the pump today announced it will display film ratings from Flixster – one of the world’s most popular movie communities and leading mobile movie applications used by more than 29 million people every month. The information will be seen on over 13,000 screens nationwide, including top-of-the-line gas pumps from their partner, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, the worldwide fueling technology leader.

According to a recent Gfk MRI study adult fuel consumers are 39% more likely to go to the movies 1+ times per month, and 65% more likely to see movies on opening weekend. The introduction of Flixster at Outcast-outfitted stations will provide the active, affluent consumer with compelling content to help them plan their next movie outing.

In addition to Flixster, Outcast also recently announced the addition of Fox News Channel and NFL Network to the programming lineup.
