Eliseo Rojas Named Chair of WPEO Board of Directors

NEW YORK, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Marsha Firestone, Ph.D., President & Founder of the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization (WPEO), has announced that Eliseo Rojas, VP, Global Procurement at Interpublic Group (IPG), has been appointed Chair of the WPEO Board of Directors. Eliseo is recognized as an extremely successful procurement expert who will be able to help and guide women entrepreneurs from his position on the WPEO Board of Directors.

Eliseo is recognized as a leader in the Supplier Diversity arena and is very involved in creating partnerships between minority and women-owned businesses and corporate America. Mr. Rojas is a member of the NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council’s Board of Directors. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Minority Business Council where he served as the Secretary.
