Centerplate Stacks Lineup for 2012 Menu at SF Giants’ AT&T Park
SAN FRANCISCO, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Already praised as the Best Stadium Food in America, the hospitality menu at the San Francisco Giants’ AT&T Park is getting even better for the 2012 season. Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America’s premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, is unveiling new hospitality plans for 2012 that include a replica tap room from San Francisco’s famous Anchor Brewery, a locally-sourced farmer’s market, and a brand new Super Dog from Chicago’s famous Eisenberg meats.

Centerplate’s chefs spent the off-season creating menu items worthy of World Champion Fans. New additions include:
First Base Carvery and Saag’s Deli: The ever-popular Carvery makes its debut on the Promenade Level with carved turkey, beef brisket and corned beef sandwiches, plus Panini sandwiches like the Cajun turkey melt and a delectable dessert s’more creation.
Ghirardelli Square South: More Ghirardelli hot fudge sundaes and steamy hot chocolate for Giants fans are now available in a new outfield location.
Derby Grill: This new left field location for the popular Derby Grill will offer gourmet burgers, including a Tuscan pork burger, lamb burger, plus ballpark favorite garlic fries.
Orlando‘s Caribbean BBQ: The popular stand, home of the “Cha-Cha Bowl” and “Baby Bull Sandwich” will add a Cubano sandwich stuffed with pork loin, ham, Swiss cheese and pickles to its All-Star menu.
Anchor Plaza & Tap Room: This new kiosk is designed after the Tap Room found at San Francisco’s very own Anchor Brewery.
Edsel Ford Fongs: Fans can build their own rice bowl with shanghai noodles, seasonal vegetables, wok fried peppers, shitakes, chicken, Angus flank steak or fried tofu and a selection of sauces: lemongrass green curry, gingered teriyaki or a spicy honey glaze.
Murph’s Pub: Named for legendary Giants Clubhouse Manager, Mike Murphy, new menu items include prawns and chips, chicken pot pie and curry dusted sweet potato fries.
Farmer’s Market: The Farmer’s Market stand on the Virgin America Club Level will feature locally grown items, seasonal veggies with house made dip and antipasti.
New Giants Hot Dog: The popular Super Dog is now supplied by Eisenberg meats from Chicago. This gourmet, all beef, Chicago style product is considered one of the premium hot dogs sold today.
Centerplate handles all of the merchandise in-stadium. This year, Centerplate will provide extended women’s and children lines and apparel. Extended items include team hats, clothing, and the ever-popular Panda hats among other offerings including bats, baseballs and other Giants memorabilia.
