Keen Strategy Adds Don Borreson

RALEIGH, N.C., May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Keen Strategy, an evidence-based growth consultancy has named Don Borreson, a long-time executive at The Coca-Cola Company, as VP – Client Strategy.

Prior to S3 Consulting, Don was SVP-Marketing for Juan Valdez Coffee Systems, a licensee of The Colombian Coffee Federation. He introduced several new coffee products for the Foodservice and Retail channels, and authored the strategy behind the Juan Valdez fair trade campaign, “Sustainability That Matters”. Prior to that, Don served as SVP – Retail for Archway Marketing Services, where he led business development and client strategy for ‘Big Box’ chains.

Before that, Borreson spent 15 years with The Coca-Cola Company, enhancing brand equity and delivering profitable growth in multiple assignments, including strategic planning, brand portfolio management, customer marketing and International Development. He also held leadership roles with global advertising agencies J. Walter Thompson and Ketchum Communications.

Don earned his MBA from The Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, and a BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
