The Game Agency Announces the Intel Video Superstars 2012 Competition Is Live!
NEW YORK, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — The Game Agency announces the Intel Video Superstars 2012 competition (http://superstars2012.ourstage.com) is live and ready for your video submission and judging!
Intel is searching for the next generation of great storytellers in Games, Music, and Film. For 2012, Intel has expanded its annual Superstars competition to include Video Game Trailers, Short Film and Music Videos. The competition provides indie game developers, filmmakers and musicians with an opportunity to showcase their creative expression, gain valuable exposure and win great prizes. Fans judge videos and rank submissions from highest to lowest, helping determine the ultimate Superstar winners.
One winner from each category will win a director’s dream studio package valued at over $5,000 for a total prize pool of over $15,000. The winners will receive a desktop PC, a laptop and prizes from Intel AppUp, Asus, GoPro, iBuyPower, Audio Technica, Microsoft, Legacy Interactive, Bethesda Softworks, Zombie Studios, Magix, Cakewalk, ArcSoft, Cyberlink, NewTek, 3DShop.com and Sony.
Fans will also be awarded prizes for their participation through a voter sweepstakes.
Submissions and voting run through June 22. Semifinalists then compete for the top five slots within each category. A panel of judges will review the top 5 category finalists and winners will be announced in late July. The campaign platform is Ourstage.com.
