Andrews McMeel Publishing Announces Paperback Edition of The Complete Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson
KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Andrews McMeel Publishing (AMP) and Hugh T. Andrews, chief executive officer and president of AMP, announce The Complete Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson will debut as a paperback edition on November 13, 2012.
This four-volume slip-cased edition features French flaps and includes every cartoon published in syndication between November 1985 and January 1, 1996; an introduction by Watterson in which he shares his inspiration for and evolution of the comic strip; and cover artwork, illustrated stories, and poems from Calvin and Hobbes collections and treasuries. The retail price for the edition is $100.00.
