eServGlobal Delivers Unified Recharge Solution to Wataniya Kuwait

June 11, 2012

PARIS, June 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ –

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a global telecoms software vendor specialising in
Mobile Money and Value-Added Services announces that it has successfully upgraded the
recharge systems of Middle East operator, Wataniya Kuwait, to its unified solution,
PayMobile.

Wataniya Telecom Kuwait, Best Telecom Operator of 2012 and 2011 in Kuwait, first
adopted eServGlobal voucher management technology in 2001. In February 2009 it extended
its offer by deploying eServGlobal’s solution for electronic recharge. The companies have
worked closely for more than a decade to build solutions which assist the operator to lead
and innovate in the local market.

Employing eServGlobal technology, Wataniya Kuwait is able to offer recharge through an
extensive distribution network. At present, the nationwide network encompasses more than
16,000 agents and is still expanding. The popularity of electronic recharge has now grown
to account for more than 60% of recharges.

As well as offering a complete recharge solution, PayMobile will allow the operator to
extend its services in the future to offer its postpaid subscribers a bill payment
service. eServGlobal’s technology can be extended to offer comprehensive mobile money
services including m-Commerce, Mobile Payments and Mobile Money transfer, either
immediately upon installation or at a later date via a straightforward software update.

eServGlobal’s PayMobile platform is a network agnostic solution. Its high level of
flexibility enabled the migration of 1.8 million prepaid subscribers to be completed while
the operator simultaneously changed Intelligent Network (IN) providers.

“Wataniya Kuwait is proud of its reputation as a customer driven company that aims to
provide services of real value to our subscribers,” commented Hisham Siblini, Chief
Technology Officer CTO at Wataniya Kuwait. “We selected eServGlobal’s PayMobile for our
network because of the advanced technology as well as their responsiveness and
flexibility. eServGlobal’s professional team insured a smooth migration with minimum
impact on the business.”

“The long and successful relationship that we have with Wataniya Kuwait demonstrates
not only the quality of our solutions, but also the trust that they place in our
technology to ensure they continue to deliver industry leading services to their
subscribers,” said Craig Halliday, CEO, eServGlobal. “PayMobile is a comprehensive
solution which helps operators drive new revenue and retain customers.”

Currently deployed in more than 35 installations, eServGlobal’s recharge solutions are
used every day by millions of prepaid subscribers worldwide. PayMobile allows operators to
manage both voucher and electronic recharge platforms via one unique platform, ensuring
the highest levels of reliability and efficiency.
