KT and Exent Launch Olleh GameTanium(TM) Unlimited Mobile Game Service
NEW YORK and SEOUL, South Korea, July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — With online gaming well established as a Korean cultural phenomenon, mobile gaming is gaining significant traction among South Korean consumers. According to research firm Nomura(1), smartphone game users in Korea are projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 34 percent from 10.2 million in 2011 to 33.1 million in 2015, with spending on mobile games expected to increase to 710 billion won (USD $630.5 million) during this time.
