Lindt USA Unveils New Lindor Advertising Featuring Roger Federer
STRATHAM, N.H., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Premium Swiss chocolatier Lindt & Sprungli USA announces the launch of new advertising starring Lindt Global Brand Ambassador and current world leader in tennis, Roger Federer. Fresh off exciting tournaments in London, and ready to take on the Grand Slam tournament in New York, Federer is joining Lindt to unveil the commercial. The Swiss pair is celebrating the launch and the long-standing partnership by giving chocolate lovers the chance to win an opportunity to attend the 2013 Sony Ericsson Open, through the “Perfect Match” sweepstakes on Facebook, and by creating an exclusive, limited edition LINDOR truffles product featuring Federer to be sold at Lindt Chocolate Shops in New York City.
In the new 30-second “Lost” commercial, the story picks up where the 2010 Lindt “Airport” spot featuring Federer left off, playing up just how irresistible LINDOR truffles are, with a humorous spin. Starting today, “Lost” will be available in its entirety, along with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and an extended version of the spot on the Lindt YouTube page. The new creative, developed by advertising agency of record, Gotham Inc., will have its national broadcast debut on September 3, 2012.

Lindt has also created the limited edition Roger Federer LINDOR Tennis Tube.
