Centerplate, New Orleans Saints Kick Off 2012-2013 Hospitality Plans at Mercedes-Benz Superdome

NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Centerplate, the leading hospitality provider to the National Football League, proud hospitality provider to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, home of the New Orleans Saints, and hospitality partner to New Orleans’ upcoming Super Bowl XLVII, unveiled today a series of new hospitality programs and community initiatives for the 2012-2013 NFL season. Traditional New Orleans favorites, local flavors, renovated hospitality stands, and reinvented burgers are all on tap to delight Saints fans this season. Embracing the unique spirit of Cajun hospitality, Centerplate’s new list of mouthwatering Louisiana classics includes:

  • Pork Shank Platter- 2 Pork Shanks served with Potato Salad & Cole Slaw.
  • Hot Sausage Po’Boy- Two Patton Hot Sausage Patties served on a French loaf dressed with lettuce and tomatoes. Also, available with cheese.
  • Pot Roast Sandwich- Seasoned pulled Pot Roast served on a Brioche Bun dressed with lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Roast Beef Po’boy- Roast Beef Debris served on a French loaf dressed with lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Stuffed Cheese Burger- A Thompson’s stuffed burger patty served on a Brioche Bun dressed with lettuce and tomatoes

Centerplate is introducing a new program in stadium suites called Chef Naturals. This new program features seven tasty dishes, some sports classics, and some soon to be favorites, all featuring naturally sourced ingredients including: wild white shrimp served with a spicy cocktail sauce and lemon and lime wedges, all natural frankfurters with caraway seed Riesling sauerkraut, tomato fondue, and natural potato rolls and Flourless Chocolate Cake with chipotle spiked natural Mexican cocoa ganache and fresh strawberries among others.

Saints fans will also enjoy Centerplate’s new fan appreciation program, the “Victory Select” menu, featuring fan-friendly stadium favorites at fan-friendly value pricing.
