See What’s Inside The Presidential Candidates’ Heads

September 19, 2012

WINTERSET, Iowa, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — The Pumpkin Ranch owners, Dave and Jennifer Handsaker and a crew of creative, dedicated hands have accomplished what most political pundits and media have been trying for years – a path through the intricate minds of our presidential candidates. How would you like to take a stroll through the mind of Mitt Romney or President Barack Obama?

Since 2010, The Pumpkin Ranch has celebrated autumn on their family farm by inviting everyone to join in the festivities. Each year they try to top themselves with a corn maze that will baffle even the best navigators. This year’s maze is a 9.3-acre, 5-mile path honoring the pending Presidential election. Kids and adults alike will find themselves winding through paths creating the likenesses of President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney.

Dave Handsaker said of the Iowa’s Mega Corn Maze for 2012. “The idea of tilling out the candidates’ likenesses was Jennifer’s idea. So, for over six hours last month, we saw Obama’s and Romney’s faces slowly taking shape in our cornfield. Considering all of the attention the candidates get, we’re really excited to see how people like it this year. Imagine waking up to that looking at you every morning!”
