Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman: Class Action Lawsuit Against Dish Network Sparked By Robocalls To A Cell Phone.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — A woman who claims she received dozens of automated collections calls from Dish Network on her cell phone, even though she is not even a Dish Network customer, sparked a class action lawsuit against the company. On September 12(th) The Beverly Hills Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman filed a class action lawsuit against Dish in U.S District Court in Sacramento, alleging multiple violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act because Dish Network did not have a business relationship with this woman and because the company kept calling after she demanded they stop. The Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman has several other class action suits in Los Angeles courts against companies who have been violating the TCPA with harassing collection calls and/or robocalls to cell phones.
