Xicato Expands Global Marketing Team

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Xicato, a leading provider of LED modules for retail, hospitality and specialty lighting environments, today announced Joanna Brace has joined its executive team as vice president of marketing. Reporting to Xicato co-founder and CEO Menko de Roos, Brace will leverage her 18 years of marketing expertise to drive the company’s brand and marketing strategy, as it continues to lead the LED module segment.

“Joanna’s broad experience, demonstrated leadership and brand and business development experience will greatly enhance our market and growth objectives as Xicato establishes a model of superior color and consistency for the new generation of professional LED lighting solutions,” said de Roos.

Brace most recently served as senior marketing director at Skype, where she was responsible for product marketing, go-to-market strategies, customer insight management and demand generation. Prior to Skype, she was chief marketing officer at IP video CCTV solutions company IndigoVision, which she successfully established as a leading brand in the security market.
