Sara Potler, Dance 4 Peace Founder and CEO, Joins Bright Future International’s Initiative
Dance 4 Peace has become a global organization that educates over 8,500 youth in fifteen cities across four continents. Sara Potler, a Board of Director member of Mahvrick client Bright Future International, to help the organization increase global awareness for Dance 4 Peace.

Mahvrick’s client, Bright Future International’s executive team announced last Friday that it is reviewing the proposal of existing Board of Directors Member Sara Potler, entrepreneur and philanthropist Sara Potler founder of Dance 4 Peace. “Bright Future would financially support some programs of the studio, participate in some joint activities in NY where Dance 4 Peace will be made a beneficiary and even share some office space in Manhattan, NY,” says Anthony Melikhov, Co-Founder of Bright Future International.
Sara Potler has been featured in Forbes, The Washington Post, The Guardian (as well as others) being recognized for fusing her passions for international development for her ability to build an international organization. Former professional performer and University of Virginia graduate, Sara, also a former Fulbright Scholar in Bogotá, Colombia when she wrote, implemented, and evaluated an innovative peace education, conflict transformation program. Now her organization Dance 4 Peace, is a global peace education program working with over 8,500 youth in twenty-two cities in four continents.
Last week Bright Future International (BFI) had a reception for its Board of Directors at its Head Quarters in Deerfield, IL. Sara Polter is on the board along with Sara other board members include: Jesse White Secretary of the State (Illinois), five time Grammy Award Winner, Dionne Warwick, Academy and Golden Globe Award Winner Forrest Whitaker, two time Grammy Award Winner Damon Elliott. “Sara has the foundation of a modern princess. She is graceful, sophisticated, educated. Sara is executing on a vision with the passion and the savvy of a world leader. While at Atlas Corps, she played a lead role in increasing more than seven-fold the size of the program, taking the organizational budget from $300,000 to $1.3 million, expanding to new markets within the U.S. from one program site to five, and expanding the staff from she and the Founder to nine full-time employees. Sara is an expert at microgiving online fundraising campaigns. She has successfully built and maintained partnerships with organizations such as the UN Foundation,” says Richard Victor Mahee.
Bright Future International plans to utilize Sara’s expertise to transcend from local grass root programs to online educational programs to a global audience of students in 7 continents. Bright Future will also utilize Sara’s ability to pierce through complex negotiations with community giving initiatives and maximizing the funding awarded to make the most effective contribution to causes closes to Bright Future International.
