AirMedia to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Unaudited Financial Results on March 14, 2012 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time

(“The Company”), (Nasdaq: AMCN), a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 ended December 31, 2012 after the U.S. market closes on Thursday, March 14, 2013. The Company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2013 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
