(NYSE: RKUS) announced today that it is joining the City of San Jose, CA and SmartWAVE Technologies this Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 12 noon at the San Jose City Hall Plaza to officially cut the cord to kick off Downtown San Jose’s free, Wickedly Fast Wi-Fi Network during a launch celebration and press conference being held at the Plaza.

     will be accessible through the entire downtown core from E.

     parking infrastructure, primarily the pay-to-park meters,
     by improving the speed by which time-sensitive transactions
