A new magazine and webisode series brings hospitality provider’s airport operations to travelers around the world

BUFFALO, N.Y., March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services on Feb. 25 unveiled “Taking Off with the Hungry Traveler,” a magazine and webisode series featuring the best of food and travel from the airports at which the company operates.

Travel Hospitality Services – a division of Delaware North Companies, one of the largest and most admired privately held hospitality companies in the world – operates in more than 25 airports across the globe.

The magazine and webisode series highlights the company’s move to bring popular local and regional flavors found at restaurants in a city to the airports at which Delaware North operates. Webisodes are available on www.DNCHungryTraveler.com, a mobile-friendly website. Each webisode brings the magazine to life, giving users an inside look at the stories behind the local favorites that Delaware North serves at airports.

The premier issue of Taking Off with the Hungry Traveler features some of Delaware North’s latest restaurants and its partnerships with world-class chefs at Los Angeles International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world. The issue highlights Skewers by Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck Express, Pink’s Hot Dogs and the new LA Farmers Market concept, which is coming to LAX later this year.

The webisodes feature Toronto actress Kaitland Gray, who has traveled to numerous Delaware North-operated airports and filmed the stories behind the company’s most exciting restaurants and brand partners.

The next issue and webisodes will feature Delaware North’s airports in the Southeastern United States, including Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
