Kaminski is an expert at running coordinated communications campaigns and public affairs advocacy aimed at Capitol Hill and state legislatures around the country. Kaminski is based in the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the firm, which also has offices in Boston, New York and Los Angeles.

Kaminski is a health care public affairs expert, having conducted client campaigns focused on national and state health care legislation, HHS, FDA, CMS and other regulatory agency action, and for clients at every point of the health care delivery system, including non-profit patient and provider groups, and pharmaceutical, medical device and health information technology industry companies.

Prior to joining Rational 360, Kaminski gained communications experience on Capitol Hill in the Office of Senator Barbara Mikulski, and with internships in the Office of the First Lady, and at the Democratic National Committee. He also worked in the private sector for Accenture, Ltd. Kaminski is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
