LOS ANGELES, April 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Jewelry designer Michael M. has launched a campaign of Instagram-inspired advertisements drawing focus to the quality of craftsmanship and design integrity of its entirely American-manufactured, distinctive bridal jewelry. The new advertisement series will run in top national fashion magazines including W, Elle, Vogue, Marie Claire and Vanity Fair.

“Instagram and similarly visual social media outlets have always resonated with me as powerful devices for reaching young, savvy customers and potential customers,” says CEO Peter Meksian. Though the advertisements themselves were not taken with the popular application, it was “our customers’ response to jewelry – through a new lens – that inspired this ad.”

Tagged #MichaelM, the advertisements will feature Michael M.’s signature diamond-forward designs, focusing on the detail of each handcrafted ring. The initial advertisement of the series features Engagement Ring set R457 & R399B. The set features two-hundred nine individually hand-set G color, VS quality diamonds, totaling 3.72 carats.

Furthering this relationship to Michael M.’s diamond-infused designs, featuring “More diamonds, and more sparkle” with a higher diamonds-to-metal ratio, the first advertisement of the series will offer a new perspective on Engagement Rings quite literally: the advertisement will be released first in visually-driven, large-format fashion book W Magazine, running first in its May 2013 issue before running in Vanity Fair and Vogue among others.
