NextPrinciples continues to add new customers that are leveraging its platform, Insight-To-Action, for a variety of use cases, including risk management, customer care, event and campaign management, sales lead generation and product ideation. The platform allows companies to easily integrate social interactions and analytics into leading CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM.

Expanded Partnerships & Reseller Network
NextPrinciples has significantly increased their reseller networks by adding on partners currently selling SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. “We are seeing a lot of interest in the marketplace and have added 15 resellers to our partner program since establishing it in fourth quarter of last year,” Krishnaswamy said. NextPrinciples has also expanded its relationship with SugarCRM, creating a complete joint go-to-market approach.
