HR professionals have two options for employee incentive programs from one vendor at the SHRM Exhibition in Chicago

April 25, 2013

CHICAGO, April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Human resources professionals attending the SHRM 2013 Annual Conference & Exposition in Chicago June 16-19 can take a demo of both employee incentive programs offered by J. Fitzgerald Group: the quick and simple Blue Sky e-Pass(TM) and the more advanced Payback Incentives programs. Each will be on display at SHRM Show booth #3718.

Payback Incentives was launched in 2006 while this marks the national debut of the Blue Sky e-Pass system.

“Employee incentives provide tremendous benefits to companies – such as improved morale, teamwork and less turnover,” said Jack Martin, Partner of J. Fitzgerald Group. “The problem is typically how to set up and manage the programs. That’s why we developed both options – to give employers the ability to simplify the whole process.”

The Blue Sky e-Pass(TM) lets employers customize and purchase e-Passes. The passes are ready to email or print for distribution to recipients. Blue Sky helps employers track purchased passes.

Recipients of a Blue Sky e-Pass log in to the website, enter their pass and then shop for their choice of merchandise, national merchant gift cards and pre-paid cash cards. Once a reward is selected, it’s shipped directly to the recipient.

Payback Incentives was created for those requiring a more robust incentive management system – while drastically reducing administrative time. It streamlines multiple incentive programs into one online, company-branded website. The system allows companies to set the parameters of the program, and then track the goals, payout awards when the goals are met, and also tracks for tax reporting. The program is totally configurable to handle a wide range of program types, including:

  • Recognition – peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee
  • Performance
  • Safety
  • Health & Wellness
  • Training
  • Attendance

Depending on the program, employees can enter data into the site (for peer-to-peer recognition) or it can be entered via file upload. Employees can view their results dashboard – and receive payouts including merchandise, cash or gift cards. Payback Incentives also offers the option of tying into company rewards such as time off, schedule flexibility and more.

Live demonstrations for both programs will be available at the SHRM Show, June 16-19 at booth #3718. Visitors taking a demo will be eligible to win a $25 Blue Sky e-Pass.
