Spend an evening online cooking and interacting with celebrity chef Robert Irvine
TAMPA, Fla., May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — EVENT OVERVIEW: Host of Food Network’s top rated shows, “Restaurant: Impossible” and “Dinner: Impossible”, chef Robert Irvine is inviting families across the country to join him in a unique dining experience from the comfort of their own home. During the interactive show, Irvine and attendees will spend the first 30 minutes of the 50 minute event cooking a dinner together using a list of ingredients emailed out the week prior and cookware found in most home kitchens.
“During this interactive cooking experience I will teach attendees that there is more to cooking than following a recipe,” said Irvine. “We’re only sending the ingredients, not the recipe. There is an art to cooking and building the flavors as ingredients mix, that’s what people will experience as we cook and then enjoy the meal together.”
During the cooking portion of the show, professional chef’s will be on hand to answer questions through the chat window to help attendees through the experience.
During the second half of the show, attendees will have 20 minutes to interact and post questions online for Irvine to answer live.
WHEN: To accommodate families across the coast, Irvine will host two sixty-minute shows on Wednesday, May 29. Two shows, 6:30 pm est and 9:30 pm est. Both shows will be feature the same content and be hosted live.
