CIG Mobile App Provides Real-Time Accessibility and Support

The free App will provide CIG clients with instant access to view coverage information, display Proof of Insurance, submit a claim, view and upload photos for an insurance claim, and connect with roadside assistance.

From nearly any location, the CIG Mobile App enables customers to provide proof of auto insurance whenever needed in states like California that accept electronic proof of insurance. Personalized policy and coverage information is also immediately available at the user’s fingertips.
Document, submit, and expedite claims
The CIG Mobile App provides a comprehensive interface for the exchange of relevant driver information and documentation of incident after an accident. Images of the accident taken with a smartphone are easily uploaded and stored along with the claim. When initiating an insurance claim report with the CIG App, the claim can be tracked throughout the process.
Receive immediate support
To quickly connect with emergency roadside services and receive immediate support, CIG customers will now be able use the CIG App to access AutoCard 100(TM) Roadside Assistance; find local towing or rental car services; or connect with their CIG Insurance Advisor.
