USF Federal Credit Union Wins MAC Award
TAMPA, Fla., June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — The Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) has awarded the USF Federal Credit Union (USF FCU) the silver award for the Market Segment Program “Rewards for U”.
USF FCU partnered with HCP, a strategy and marketing firm based in downtown Tampa, because of their experience in the financial industry. HCP created the campaign “Rewards for U” to show USF FCU members the benefits that are offered exclusively for the official USF rewards credit card. The concept of “just for you” was created to motivate members to use their credit card to get back rewards designed specifically with them in mind, such as cash back, gift cards, travel and merchandise.
“We are elated that USF FCU was honored with a silver MAC award. We strive to ensure our members are continuously satisfied with our services and the ‘Rewards for U’ program was created just for them,” said Richard Skaggs, CEO and President of USF FCU.
MAC has been recognizing credit union marketing achievements for the past 27 years. The association is a non-profit organization and is made up entirely of marketers created for fellow credit union marketing companies. It is run 100% by volunteer board of directors and they are dedicated to supporting and providing opportunities for professional development and success.
