The ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball event will take place in Long Beach, CA starting today through July 28(th).

This unprecedented event brings the world’s greatest beach volleyball players and their fans together in a way that has never been seen in the world of professional sports. Sanctioned by FIVB, the sport’s international governing body, the event is much more than a volleyball tournament; it’s a week-long festival celebrating “all things beach,” including sports, music, culture and community. 75,000 attendees will enjoy two, four, and six person beach volleyball competitions while cooling off with Nestea®. The ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball is scheduled for July 22 – 28 in Long Beach, Calif. It marks the return of FIVB international competition featuring top Olympic medalists and professional beach volleyball stars to the United States with the first Grand Slam event since 2003 and the inaugural World Series Cup, a Ryder-Cup style competition that will pit the top U.S. men’s and women’s teams against the best teams from around the world battling for the prestigious Cup.
