Professional Therapy Associates Celebrates 25 Years of Quality Physical Therapy Care
Professional Therapy Associates invites all former and current patients to its 25th anniversary celebration, held to commemorate over two decades of commitment to its community.
KALISPELL, Mont., Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — This year marks the 25(th) anniversary for Professional Therapy Associates (PTA), which has routinely served Flathead Valley residents since its 1988 inception. The Montana physical therapy clinic continues its decades of commitment to physical therapy care with its 25?Year Anniversary Celebration. The event is open to all residents and patients, and will be held at PTA’s North Kalispell clinic, located at 1234 Whitefish Stage Road, Kalispell, MT 59901, on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
While 50%-70% of businesses fail within the first 18 months, PTA is one of a handful of companies that have managed to expand business practices over two decades (1). Co-owner Blaine Stimac attributes PTA’s longevity to the company’s efforts in ongoing community affairs–for many years, PTA has donated to a different charity each quarter, including a recent blood drive held to benefit the American Red Cross. PTA has also made it a standard practice to support its patients’ local activities, such as the kayaking competition known as Bigfork Whitewater Festival, to which PTA donated $1,000 cash, lip balms with sunscreen, and educational materials for the participants.
The anniversary celebration, which will also double as a patient appreciation night, will be PTA’s largest event to date, with an expected guest count of 400. Patrons will feast on barbecue, have chances to win various items through participating in different game stations and dance to live music. There will also be a bounce house for small children.
“We want to make this event an opportunity to thank the community for its continued support, and also enlighten the residents about our services,” said Stimac. “At PTA, we continuously strive to create an environment where our patients can have fun, while also getting the assistance and information they need.”
During the last 25 years in business, PTA has not only expanded its facilities to better reach more residents, but has also instituted plans for new wellness programs to better meet the anticipated needs of its patients following the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The proposed services include:
? Cardio-based weight loss programs; and
? Programs to treat type 2 Diabetes.
“We are thankful for the patients who seek our assistance when needed and refer others to our services. Our goal is to help as many people as possible return to living active lives,” said Stimac. “[PTA's] therapists enjoy doing everything they can do, not only assess the needs of patients, but to also meet those needs.”
For those unable to attend the anniversary event, PTA encourages that the public visit the facility for a free consultation. Interested individuals may schedule a free consultation by registering online at www.ptflathead.com/free-consultation.
