Pelican Imaging to Present Technical Paper on Mobile Array Camera at Siggraph Asia 2013

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Pelican Imaging, the inventor of groundbreaking array camera technology for mobile devices, has announced that Dr. Kartik Venkataraman, co-founder and CTO, along with principals Dr. Dan Lelescu and Dr. Jacques Duparre, will present details of Pelican’s technology at SIGGRAPH Asia 2013. The paper is entitled: “PiCam: An Ultra-Thin High Performance Monolithic Camera Array.”

The 6th ACM SIGGRAPH Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Asia will take place on November 19 – 22 in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. SIGGRAPH Asia 2013 is sponsored by The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), an educational and scientific society uniting the world’s computing educators, researchers, and professionals.
