BOSTON, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay announced a groundbreaking expansion project for its flagship 31 Saint James Avenue facility.
The project will consist of the construction of two state of the art classrooms, offices, and multiple spa quality locker rooms. The new space will connect to the original facility with direct access to the Back Bay and Copley Square T stops.
When complete, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay will operate 6 classrooms in over 15,000 square feet of space that will also include 6 locker rooms, 25 shower spaces and 2 retail pro-shops.
“The expansion will allow our company to continue to deliver leading CrossFit training to our members in small personal class settings all the while providing the convenience of over 50 class sessions per day,” said CrossFit Co-Founder Michael Cahill.
Co-Founder Joshua Plosker also noted that the exciting development allows the firm to expand its existing programs by introducing intensive Olympic Weightlifting training, sport specific endurance curriculum, and accelerated 30-minute metabolic CrossFit conditioning classes.
Construction is slated to be complete in Q-4 of 2013 with a targeted opening of early winter 2014. For more information about Reebok CrossFit Back Bay or to sign up for a Free Trial – log on to: www.reebokcrossfitbackbay.com.
