In 2014, the competition received the largest number of entries in its history. Distillers and importers submitted 1,474 spirits from 41 states and 63 countries into 89 different classifications. The San Francisco World Spirits Competition is considered to be the rite of passage for top quality spirits as it has 39 of the world’s top professional palates serving as judges.
