If you are a retailer and will be in Las Vegas, NV on May 6-8, stop by and visit the Bite-Lite® team at the National Hardware Show at Booth # 12032 in the Lawn, Garden, and Outdoor Living section at the Las Vegas Convention Center on 3150 Paradise Rd. Bite-Lite will be showing its two new USA Made Natural Mosquito Repellent Candles as well as introducing its new H-Trap Professional Horsefly Control System. Both products were designed with inspiration from nature.

Bite-Lite LLC is a Connecticut based family business founded in 2010 to develop and market biting and stinging insect control products inspired by nature. It introduced its Natural Mosquito Repellent Candles to the market to give retailers and consumers a fragrant and effective alternative to citronella-only and chemical based candles without smoke or soot. Its scientists were inspired to create a proprietary blend of essential oils after observing monkeys at a Florida sanctuary using lemons and limes on their fur to presumably repel biting insects. Field tests in the Florida swamps in 2011 showed that Bite-Lite’s® patent pending technology worked significantly to reduce attraction to mosquito traps. Three candles are now made in America.
