“The Cashdales are excited to see the kind people of Danville for the 25(th) Annual Brass Band Festival,” said Steve Scoggins, President of Check Into Cash. “It’s a little-known fact that the Cashdales are fond of Brass ensembles.”

An internationally renowned music event, The Great American Brass Band Festival aims to entertain and educate. Along with bands from New Orleans, New York, and Pittsburgh, the festival will include a Friday Brass Symposium featuring band personalities, scholars, and Dr. George Foreman, the Founder of The Great American Brass Band Festival. The Symposium will celebrate the festival’s history and preview a book to be written on the tradition.

The Great American Picnic, a much-loved fundraiser that performers and patrons eagerly anticipate each year, will highlight the Brass Band Festival.
